If an employer posts a worker to another EU country in connection with the provision of services (including intra-group postings), particular minimum terms and conditions of employment apply to the posted worker.

Our contribution reflects the status until 29 July 2020. From 30 July the minimum terms and conditions applicable to workers posted to Slovakia will slightly change, and you can read about such changes in our earlier post from November 2019.
