Lenka Šubeníková is a partner at Čechová & Partners with 20 years of legal practice. Lenka leads our M&A practice and real estate practice and is also one of the key members of our employment practice.
In real estate, she specializes in transactions (acquisition and sale of real estate), tenancy relations, construction law, regulatory matters concerning real estate, and project developments. As regards M&A, Lenka represents clients operating in various industries in cross-border as well as local transactions. Lenka advises also on joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, shareholder disputes, complex corporate matters, but also on day-to-day corporate matters and corporate governance. In employment matters, Lenka advises clients from various business sectors on employment matters in transactions (such as transfers of undertakings), corporate reorganizations, all issues related to companies entering the Slovak market and starting operations in Slovakia, creation and definition of various processes and policies in the field of HR, as well as on day-to-day HR issues and operational matters. Lenka has extensive experience in employment matters concerning “white collar” as well as “blue collar” workers. Lenka also represents clients in collective bargaining with trade unions and advises on matters related to trade unions.
