Michal Šimunič

Michal Šimunič is an associated attorney at our law firm with more than 10 years of legal practice. He primarily deals with corporate law, real estate law, contract law, employment law, and insolvency and restructuring.

Michal provides advice on corporate law matters to many international clients having their subsidiaries in Slovakia, regularly assists clients in various processes of internal reorganization and participates in due diligence reviews focusing mainly on corporate law aspects. In the area of real estate law, he primarily focuses on leases and related representation of clients in negotiations. He also regularly advises clients on matters concerning contracts and employment issues, as well as on insolvency and restructuring.
